Senior AI Engineer - Professional Services

Job description

As an AI Engineer on the Professional Services team you act as a trusted advisor and hands‑on builder. You partner with customer stakeholders to understand business goals, identify high‑impact use cases and define technical requirements. You design, develop and deploy end‑to‑end AI solutions on the the employer platform and open‑source tools, covering agentic AI, generative AI and predictive models. You serve as a technical expert, guiding customers on MLOps, model governance and scaling initiatives. You ensure solutions are robust, scalable and deliver business value. You communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences, from data scientists to C‑level executives

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and common data science libraries such as pandas, scikit‑learn, NumPy
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models and vector databases
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and experience deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes
• Customer focus with experience in a client‑facing or consulting role and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Approximately 6-8 years of hands‑on experience in AI application development, software engineering, machine learning engineering or a similar role
• Master's Degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering or a related quantitative field
• Hands‑on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP)
• Familiarity with the the employer AI Platform is a strong plus
