About the Role Saudi Smart Solutions Company is looking for a Civil Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. The incumbent of this position is responsible for supervising construction projects from the initial study stage until implementation, while ensuring that all work conforms to engineering specifications and standards. This role is full-time and requires 5-10 years of experience in the field. Main tasks and responsibilities: Study the topography and geology of the construction site and analyze soil investigation test results. Study the project's architectural requirements and plans to determine construction feasibility. Determine the foundation depths necessary for the project and conduct an integrated structural analysis of its elements. Preparing the structural designs for the project and following up on the preparation and auditing of the construction plans. Checking bills of quantities and specifications for construction materials. Direct supervision of project implementation and compliance of all works with technical specifications. Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments in the field of civil engineering. Preparing documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects, clarifying their progress, and storing them in the approved database. Required qualifications and experience: University degree in civil engineering. Practical experience ranging from 5 to 10 years in the field of structural engineering or project supervision. Strong knowledge of the foundations of structural design and soil analysis. Ability to read and review engineering drawings and tables of quantities. Skills and Competencies Excellent skills in project supervision and quality management. Ability to prepare technical reports and specialized documents. Effective communication skills and the ability to work within a team. Adherence to policies and Procedures adopted in the work environment. Work Environment The workplace is located in Riyadh, and it is a full-time role within a specialized team at Saudi Smart Solutions Company.
