Senior Structural Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join our Riyadh team at the employer. Lead structural design, analysis, and construction supervision of transportation infrastructure such as bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and retaining walls. Provide technical oversight on site, ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Identify value engineering and innovation opportunities. Manage risks and ensure health, safety, and environmental compliance. Engage with clients, regulators, and stakeholders, delivering regular updates and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree preferred
• minimum 15 years experience in structural engineering with site supervision in construction consultancy
• professional engineering license or equivalent preferred
• extensive knowledge and experience in design, analysis, and construction of transportation infrastructure including bridges, tunnels, viaducts, and retaining walls
• proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro and CAD tools
• strong project management skills leading multidisciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and stakeholders
• proven track record delivering structural projects with focus on safety, quality, and innovation
• fluent in English
• Arabic language skills advantageous
