Planning Manager

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to support planning, scheduling, and programme coordination activities across major projects during the pre-contract phase. The successful candidate will come from a Project Management Consultancy (PMC) background and possess extensive experience in programme, portfolio, and project-level planning for large-scale developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline
• Master's Degree is advantageous
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PSP, AACE, PMI-SP, or equivalent are desirable
• Minimum 15+ years of planning and project controls experience
• Significant experience within a PMC or client-side programme management environment
• Proven experience managing planning activities across major programmes, portfolios, and complex mixed-use, infrastructure, buildings, or giga-project developments
• Demonstrated experience in pre-contract planning, tender support, procurement planning, and programme development
• Experience preparing executive-level reporting for senior leadership and client organisations.
