A real estate development company in Khamis Mushait announces its need for a Real Estate Sales Supervisor to work in the Asir region. The most prominent tasks of the role: Sales. Supervising real estate sales operations in the Asir region for a real estate development company. Tasks: Supervising, motivating, and developing the performance of the sales team; distributing clients and following up on sales opportunities; monitoring performance indicators and preparing reports; supporting the team in presentations and closing deals.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales
• at least one year of supervisory experience
• preferably experience in selling residential projects or off‑plan sales
• proficiency in CRM systems and preparing sales reports
