Design Manager (Mechanical)

Job description

Overview: The Design Manager - Mechanical is responsible for leading the mechanical engineering design function across projects, ensuring technical excellence, compliance with industry standards, and delivery of innovative engineering solutions. Your role: Lead and manage mechanical engineering design activities, develop and review mechanical engineering deliverables, ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Master's Degree is an advantage. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in mechanical engineering design, including leadership or management responsibilities. Proven experience delivering large-scale hospitality or leisure projects. Strong knowledge of international engineering codes, standards, and industry best practices. Proficiency in engineering design software and mechanical engineering tools.
