Job description
Job Opportunity - RAN NOC Engineer. Responsibilities include monitoring network performance and availability, identifying, troubleshooting, and escalating network faults, managing incident tickets and ensuring SLA compliance, coordinating with technical teams to resolve network issues, preparing operational reports and shift handovers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field
- 1-5 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies
- Familiarity with OSS/NMS, alarm monitoring, fault management, and ticketing systems
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment
- Monitor network performance and availability
