Job Opportunity - RAN NOC Engineer Requirements: ● Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field. ● 1-5 years of relevant experience. ● Knowledge of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies. ● Familiarity with OSS/NMS, alarm monitoring, fault management, and ticketing systems. ● Good troubleshooting and communication skills. ● Ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment. Key Responsibilities: ● Monitor network performance and availability. ● Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate network faults. ● Manage incident tickets and ensure SLA compliance. ● Coordinate with technical teams to resolve network issues. ● Prepare operational reports and shift handovers.
