Senior Planning Engineer

Job description

Overview: We are looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with a strong background in project planning, scheduling, and project controls for large-scale construction developments, including mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality, recreational projects. Your role: · Review and assess contractors' baseline schedules for compliance with contract requirements, project milestones, and construction sequencing. · Monitor project progress and performance against approved baseline programmes and recommend corrective actions as required. · Prepare and review short-term and long-term look-ahead schedules to support project execution and resource planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent. Primavera P6 capability/certification preferred. Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning and Controls
• Baseline programme review, progress monitoring, look-ahead schedules, delay analysis, EOT support, progress dashboards and reporting
