Reservations Supervisor

Job description

Reservation Supervisor at the employer in Riyadh oversees daily individual and group booking operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue targets. Provides daily guidance to the reservation team, applying high service standards through training and quality checks. Manages group room blocks, monitors s and inventory levels to align with contracts and occupancy goals. Prepares daily and weekly reports such as group booking, absenteeism, and channel summary. Supports group reservations, handles inquiries, and delivers exceptional service to guests and team members via the announced application channel.
