Job description

The Senior Billing and Claims Representative is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the credit and collections processes within the organization. This role involves managing complex accounts, leading a team of credit and collection professionals, developing strategic collection initiatives, and ensuring adherence to credit policies and regulatory requirements. The Senior Advisor plays a crucial role in improving cash flow, reducing bad debt, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include processing claims, updating billing systems, generating invoices, and responding to inquiries from insurance companies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• Professional Certifications Required (Certification in revenue cycle management or case management is preferred)
• Minimum 6 years' experience in billing and claims management or related field
• English: Advanced
• Arabic: Basic
• Proficient in Due Diligence, Audit Reporting, Data Collection
