Architectural Engineer

Job description

Work within a team at the employer in Al-Malaz to prepare architectural and execution drawings and produce 3D visualizations. Responsibilities include studying and designing, supervising construction and development of buildings, urban spaces, infrastructure projects, and social areas in compliance with regulations while considering functionality, aesthetics, costs, health, and public safety, and participating in multidisciplinary projects

Requirements

• Bachelor of Architecture, recent graduate or up to one year experience
• proficient in AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)
• proficient in SketchUp and Lumion or Enscape
• proficient in Photoshop
• knowledge of Saudi Building Code SBC and municipal regulations
• portfolio preferred
• membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers
