Service Technician

Job description

Installs basic required field system devices and commissions them using standard configuration and commissioning tools. Troubleshoots and resolves problems. Responds to basic warranty calls. Keeps JCI, contractors, and the customer informed of job progress and issues as needed.

Requirements

• 2-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Associate's Degree or Technical Degree
• minimum 4 years of experience
• delivers output according to specific operational targets
• explains facts, practices, policies to internal and external parties
• corrects or resolves issues in existing systems and processes
• uses specialized knowledge of commercial, technical, or trade operations
• individual contributor with no direct leadership responsibility
• knowledge application limited to domestic locations or neighboring countries with similar culture
