The Project Director will act as the primary interface with the client, design consultants, operators, contractors, and project stakeholders, ensuring that the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, design integrity, cost, schedule, sustainability, and guest experience. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 20 years of relevant experience in project and design management.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Project Director, Senior Project Manager, or equivalent leadership position.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, scheduling, risk management, change control, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent client-facing, communication, negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage senior stakeholders and make timely, commercially sound decisions.
