Job description
The Facilities Engineer manages infrastructure and critical facilities to ensure business continuity with high efficiency. Oversees HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and energy management according to safety and sustainability standards. Manages external supplier maintenance contracts and plans capital and operational budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Engineering
- 2+ years experience in operating and maintaining facilities or industrial plants
- knowledge of safety standards OSHA and ISO 45001
- knowledge of sustainability standards LEED and ISO 14001
- proficient in building maintenance management
- proficient in HVAC systems
- proficient in facilities management
