Electrical Engineer

Job description

The electrical engineer will be responsible for the design and development of electrical systems, equipment and motors for energy transmission. She will prepare designs and plans for power station projects and distribute energy to home appliances. She will manage implementation follow-up and prepare specifications for transmission and distribution network lines and determine their routes. She will work on preparing programs for operating equipment in industrial projects, diagnosing faults and following up on repair procedures, in addition to preparing specialized documents and reports and the results of studies and analyses, presenting and discussing them. The usual tasks for this profession: • Preparing electrical designs and plans for electrical engineering projects and works, following up on implementation, preparing plans and specifications for electrical transmission and distribution network lines, and determining their paths. • Preparing operating programs for electrical systems and equipment according to work requirements, diagnosing faults and following up on repair and maintenance procedures. • Preparing preventive maintenance programs for devices, equipment and electrical networks according to the manufacturer’s recommendations and instructions. • Developing work methods and procedures and keeping pace with technical developments. • Prepare documents and reports specialized in engineering works and projects and their progress rates, display them, clarify them, and save them in their database in accordance with approved policies and procedures

Requirements

• Obtaining a bachelor’s degree in electricity and energy
• Having experience in the field
• Proficiency in Arabic and English
