Job description

Responsible for planning and monitoring food product manufacturing processes to ensure quality and Saudi standard specifications. Oversees production lines. Aims to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste while complying with food safety and health standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Production Engineering
• knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean methodologies
• problem‑solving and analytical skills
• process analysis and production planning
• knowledge of quality improvement methods (Six Sigma or Lean)
• experience with design and production management software such as AutoCAD and SAP
