Key Responsibilities: • Supervise shift operations and ensure smooth facility performance. • Handle technical issues and operational disruptions. • Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations teams. • Monitor facility systems and ensure operational continuity. • Conduct routine inspections and identify potential issues. • Prepare shift reports and document incidents. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in shift operations or technical supervision. • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. • Good knowledge of safety and operational procedures. • Stadium operations or facility management experience is preferred.
