About the Role: the employer is seeking a Supervisor Systems /IT to join their team in Makkah, with operations extending to Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing and managing IT systems and providing technical support to ensure smooth operations within the hospitality environment. The position requires troubleshooting and resolving technical problems related to computer software and systems, providing technical guidance and recommendations to address business problems, analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements for IT systems, operating computer and peripheral equipment, including entering commands and activating controls

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in systems or IT support
• Proficiency in troubleshooting software and system issues
• Ability to enter and locate information using computers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for professional interactions
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures and protect company assets
• Capable of moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance
