Job description

Project Manager for full-time on-site infrastructure projects for Landmark Projects. Tasks: planning, scheduling, monitoring productivity, and controlling costs; Representation before the main contractor, the consultant, and the owner; Preparing and following up on abstracts and inventorying quantities; Supervising the implementation of security and safety requirements; Lead implementation and supply management teams

Requirements

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering + Membership of the Saudi Council of Engineers
• Experience in infrastructure projects, including 4 years as a project manager
• Experience in projects of governmental and semi-governmental agencies and knowledge of their requirements
• Familiarity with contracts, inventorying quantities, and preparing extracts
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera
• High leadership and communication skills and the ability to manage several work fronts
• Clean safety record
• Implementing the system's organizational policies
• Knowledge management in business
• Data storage
