We’re Hiring | SuccessFactors Consultant Company: IT Company Location: On-Site - Riyadh Saudi Nationals Only What you’ll do: • Provide post-implementation functional & technical support across all SF modules (EC, ECP, RCM/RMK, ONB, PMGM, LMS, Succession & CDP, Compensation, WorkZone) • Coordinate with business users to understand and resolve issues per best practices • Handle changes and high-priority issues following relevant processes • Gather requirements, build process models, and provide system solutions for complex business needs • Lead application support, system testing, and end-user training • Run solution validation workshops for new projects and change requests • Oversee onsite/offshore implementation teams and perform system configurations • Support SAP-SF integration with other SAP systems • Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in IT • 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in EC, ECP, PMGM, SPCDP, RCM, LMS & Compensation • Certified in EC, ECP, RCM, SDCDP, LMS, and PMGM To apply

• 5+ years of end-to-end implementation experience in EC, ECP, PMGM, SPCDP, RCM, LMS and Compensation
• Certified in EC
• SDCDP
