Job description

Job Title: Dispatch Planner. Summary of the Role: As a Dispatch Planner, you will manage, organize, and follow up on warehouse and logistics activities and tasks to ensure efficient and safe warehouse planning and operation in accordance with HSEQ requirements and service targets. Responsibilities: · Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisors, Production Planners, and Customer Service Departments to follow up on product availability, orders dispatch timeline, and order forecast to ensure customer orders are delivered on time. · Support delivering the right order to the employer customers on or before the agreed order delivery date to achieve both On Time in Full (OTIF) and Internal Delivery Performance (IDP) targets. · Plan and organize customer order deliveries by scheduling and coordinating with respective departments to ensure on-time delivery and a high level of service provided to the employer customers. · Maintain 5S standards within the warehouse by coordinating its cleanliness, products standard, warehouse designated area, and sorting of products as per the agreed system for an efficient operation.

Requirements

• Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse or dispatch function
• Fluency in Arabic & English – both verbally and written
• Location - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
