Lead Field Engineer - Electrical

Job description

We are looking for an amazingly talented Lead Field Engineer – Electrical to join our team. In this role, you will lead electrical engineering activities in the field, coordinate construction and installation works, and ensure that electrical systems are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements. You will provide technical direction and field support for the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. You will review electrical drawings, specifications, calculations, technical reports, and construction documents. You will ensure that electrical construction activities comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of related professional experience, including significant field engineering experience
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, construction practices, testing procedures, and commissioning activities
• Ability to interpret electrical drawings, schematics, specifications, calculations, equipment data sheets, and technical documents
• Ability to review electrical installations and verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and standards
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
