Director, Head of Emerging Markets Regulatory Affairs for Europe, Middle East and Africa, leads the regulatory strategy and implementation across Africa, Middle East, Turkey, Russia and CIS, reports to Vice President, Head of Regional Regulatory Affairs, leads around 80 colleagues through direct and matrix relationships, and is responsible for around $10 million in regional, local and global health equity regulatory budgets, sets priorities, allocates resources, builds regulatory capability and succession, and represents Regulatory Affairs in senior multi-functional decisions, provides counsel to senior commercial, R&D, Medical, Market Access, Safety, Quality and Supply Chain and Global Health Equity leaders while maintaining regulatory independence and compliance, and applies through the announced application channel of the entity

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Science, Health, Pharmacy, Medicine or other relevant field required
• Significant experience in interacting and negotiating with Health Authorities and representing the company at senior levels
