The Network Development Manager will be responsible for driving sales network development, achieving exclusive sub-dealer development targets, following up dealership network expansion and construction projects, and monitoring channel NPS & DSE performance in the local market

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Sales Network Development, Sub-Dealer Development
• Proven experience in dealer recruitment, network expansion, and dealership establishment
• Strong knowledge of dealer business models, investment evaluation, and dealership operations
• Experience managing dealership construction projects, CI implementation, and project delivery
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
• Advanced English level
