Junior Planner

Job description

The Junior Planner will support the planning and scheduling activities of a hospitality project, such as a hotel, resort, restaurant, or mixed-use development. The role involves assisting with project schedules, monitoring progress, collecting site updates, preparing reports, and coordinating with design, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or a related field · Minimum of 10 years of experience in project planning, construction planning, or project controls · Experience in hospitality, commercial, residential, or fit-out projects is preferred · Knowledge of construction activities, project sequencing, and site operations · Working knowledge of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar planning software · Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications · Ability to prepare schedules, reports, dashboards, and progress updates
