Assistant Manager for Sale

Job description

We're always looking for new ways to raise the bar. So we are looking for an Assistant Sales Manager with a record of driving sales and achieving goals to help us fill rooms, meeting rooms and events. Your day will be different every day, but you will mainly manage the day-to-day activities of sales and coach your team to achieve their full potential. You will achieve all personal and team sales goals to help us maximize profitability. You will create and implement sales plans that stimulate incremental occupation, increase average prices, and increase volume and food and beverage. You will receive and review monthly reports to monitor performance. You will develop and maintain relationships with key clients and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of local business and latest business trends required
• Bachelor's degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Marketing or a related field
• Must speak the local language
• Other languages preferred
