Type of work: full-time Overview of the profession: The design manager manages a team of designers in sectors such as architecture, products or user experience, and ensures that the work is consistent with the client’s requirements and quality standards. Supervises project planning, distributes tasks, and follows up on design implementation until final delivery. Typical duties of this profession: • Lead a team of designers and distribute tasks according to the needs of the project • Supervise the development of designs and ensure their compliance with quality standards and client requirements • Plan and schedule the design phases from concept to final delivery • Manage the budget and resources related to the design department • Conduct periodic quality reviews and submit progress reports to management

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in design, architecture, or related field
• Skill: Experience in managing design projects
• Skill: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
