IT & Systems Supervisor, Riyadh Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT operations, systems administration, and technical support. Experience in ERP systems, preferably Odoo, and HR systems such as Jisr. Knowledge of infrastructure, networks, databases and cyber security. Experience in preparing reports and dashboards using Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficient in communication in Arabic and English. Main tasks: Supervising IT operations, infrastructure and systems. Manage Odoo and Jisr systems, user permissions and integrations. Monitor networks, servers, databases, backups and cybersecurity. Preparing dashboards and reports using Power BI. Supervising CCTV surveillance and access control systems. Coordination with service and technical support providers. Supporting digital transformation, automating procedures and improving systems. Follow up on technical support requests and ensure timely resolution of problems
