The analyst studies business needs and implements AI solutions. Analyzes requirements and develops data models; creates reports using SQL, Excel and Power BI; explores AI tools and Prompt Engineering techniques; supports automation with Power Automate or Zapier; communicates effectively and manages change; prepares documentation and presents to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration or related field
• minimum 2 years experience
• proficiency in SQL, Excel and Power BI
• knowledge of AI tools and Prompt Engineering
• fluency in English
• strong communication and change management skills
• Python is a plus
• experience with Power Automate or Zapier is an advantage
• preferred certifications AI-900 or CBAP
