About the Role the employer is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves providing hands-on ServiceNow expertise to facilitate the migration of applications from a Global ServiceNow instance to a client's ServiceNow platform. The consultant will work closely with technical teams, application owners, and the Global ServiceNow team to ensure a smooth transition. Role Context and Scope The assignment encompasses a comprehensive migration process, including the assessment of applications and their dependencies, planning and execution of migration activities, post-migration validation of functionality and data, defect resolution, and supporting the handover process. The consultant will be central to ensuring the integrity and functionality of applications throughout the migration lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Assess in-scope applications, configurations, integrations, data, and dependencies. Prepare the migration approach, work plan, and define cutover and rollback steps. Migrate or support the migration of ServiceNow application components to the new platform. Coordinate testing activities with application owners and technical teams, and resolve migration-related issues. Support cutover procedures, post-migration validation, and stabilization efforts. Document delivered changes, operational procedures, and handover requirements. Adhere to security, change-management, and platform-governance requirements. Required Experience and Qualifications Proven experience (5-10 years) in delivering ServiceNow platform or application migrations. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and administration, including application components, integrations, and data. Experience with migration planning, testing, cutover, issue resolution, and technical documentation. Ability to coordinate effectively across platform, infrastructure, security, and business teams. Work Environment This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires collaboration with diverse technical and business teams, ensuring adherence to established security and governance protocols. Requirements

• Required Experience and Qualifications Proven experience (5-10 years) in delivering ServiceNow platform or application migrations.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow configuration and administration, including application components, integrations, and data.
• Experience with migration planning, testing, cutover, issue resolution, and technical documentation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across platform, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
