Senior Business Manager ICT EMEA Region-led Markets

About the employer and the Role: the employer, a global leader in healthcare technology, is seeking a Senior Business Manager, ICT EMEA Region-led markets. Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Responsible for driving business growth and commercial execution within Interventional Cardiology Therapies across Region‑Led Markets. Focus on accelerating adoption of Structural Heart, Coronary, and Renal Denervation therapies. Responsibilities: strategic business planning and forecasting; product launch execution; market development and physician engagement; monitor business performance and market dynamics; lead ICT planning, forecasting and performance reviews with commercial and finance teams; drive commercial excellence across launches, therapy development, market‑access and customer‑engagement initiatives; coordinate cross‑functional teams including marketing, sales, medical affairs, clinical, market access, finance, regulatory, supply chain and operations; build relationships with regional advocates and internal stakeholders; support development of regional key opinion leaders and centers of excellence; partner with other Cardiovascular units to align strategies; facilitate best‑practice sharing across TURMECA, ACEE and other markets; develop business cases and resource allocation recommendations; lead, coach and develop a geographically dispersed team; represent the EMEA RLM perspective in global ICT forums and ensure regional needs are incorporated into global strategies

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant professional experience
• proven ability to drive business growth and commercial execution
