Information Security and Compliance Manager

Join Tahaluf, the leading B2B events organizer in Saudi Arabia. Translate KSA regulations (NCA, SAMA, PDPL) into actionable policies. Partner with tech teams to embed security controls and ensure data protection, risk management, and compliance. Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage incident response, and develop security policies and procedures. Coordinate with vendors, deliver security awareness training, and provide regular leadership reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles
• minimum 2 years operating within the Saudi regulatory environment
• deep knowledge of SAMA CSF, NCA controls and PDPL requirements
• basic project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• strong communication and interpersonal skills
• familiarity with project management tools and event tech platforms is a plus
• experience in events or media industry is a plus.
