Finance Manager

Job description

Oversee financial planning, reporting and compliance while supporting business growth and operational decision‑making. Manage financial reporting, planning and analysis in line with company policies and IFRS; lead budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategic priorities; supervise internal controls, risk frameworks and regulatory compliance; partner with business units to evaluate performance, investments and cost efficiencies; supervise finance teams ensuring high‑quality delivery and talent development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 8+ years progressive finance experience
• at least 3 years in a managerial role
• proven experience in retail, distribution or FMCG sectors
• strong analytical, leadership and communication skills.
