The Analyst role supports client engagements and product development by researching, gathering, interpreting and presenting complex data in an impactful way. Responsibilities include conducting research across multiple channels, organizing and analyzing client data, preparing reports in Word or PowerPoint, supporting partners and consultants in delivering high‑quality outputs, contributing to new product and tool design, managing workload across multiple projects, creating client‑ready presentations, and maintaining knowledge libraries.

Requirements

• Deep interest in business and organizational behavior
• Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Business or Psychology (occupational or organizational)
• 1‑2 years work experience with 2 years in management or leadership consulting
• research experience and strong analytical skills using multiple channels
• highly proficient in PowerPoint, Word and advanced Excel
• experience with advanced statistical modeling such as SPSS and predictive analytics
• highly numerate
• excellent writing skills for concise, compelling reports
• high attention to detail
• willingness to travel locally and globally as required.
