Senior AI Engineer - Professional Services

Job description

As an AI Engineer on the Professional Services team, you will work closely with strategic customers, translating business challenges into cutting‑edge AI solutions that deliver tangible value. You will design, develop, and deploy applications ranging from predictive models to generative AI agents and chatbots. You will ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with customer objectives, communicate clearly with technical and non‑technical audiences, and act as a technical expert on the the employer platform and MLOps best practices.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python and data science libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy
• Practical experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models and vector databases
• Proficiency with containerization using Docker and deploying applications on Kubernetes
• Knowledge of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Approximately 6-8 years of hands‑on experience in AI application development, software engineering, or machine learning engineering
• Client‑facing or consulting experience with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience developing and deploying REST APIs (e.g., Flask, FastAPI)
• Understanding of MLOps principles and model CI/CD tools
• Familiarity with the the employer AI Platform is a strong plus
• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, AI, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
