Job description

Join the construction supervision team on a major landmark development project in Riyadh. Responsible for developing, maintaining and updating detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, establishing baselines and monitoring progress, performing critical path analysis, preparing weekly and monthly progress reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs, evaluating extension of time requests and delay analyses, supporting change management processes, coordinating with project managers, engineers, contractors and client representatives, mentoring junior planners and contributing to tool and template improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related field
• minimum 10 years of planning and scheduling experience on large‑scale infrastructure, urban development or construction projects
• strong proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• solid understanding of CPM scheduling, baseline management, progress measurement, forecasting and variance analysis
• experience reviewing and monitoring contractor schedules in a construction supervision environment
• excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• professional certifications such as PMP, PMI‑SP, AACE PSP or equivalent
• knowledge of schedule risk analysis and planning best practices
• familiarity with delay analysis, extension of time evaluations and claims management
• experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI.

Skills
