Job description

Manage day‑to‑day operations and ensure availability and health of a critical virtualization and server environment for our client in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities include administering VMware vSphere/vCenter clusters, managing Nutanix HCI clusters via Prism, overseeing Windows Server infrastructure including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy, administering Linux servers (Ubuntu & SUSE), maintaining high availability across VMware, Nutanix and Windows Failover Clustering, performing scheduled failover testing and documentation, coordinating server patching within agreed maintenance windows, supporting Commvault backup operations, agent health, snapshot consistency and restore testing, provisioning and decommissioning servers/VMs while ensuring proper privileged‑access controls.

Requirements

• proficient VMware vSphere / vCenter – VCP‑DCV or equivalent hands‑on experience
• proficient Nutanix AHV / Prism Central – NCP‑MCI preferred
• knowledge Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP & GPO
• experience Linux Administration – Ubuntu & SUSE
• proficient Shell scripting, system administration, storage & LVM
• proficient Clustering, High Availability & failover validation
• working knowledge the employer PAM, Cisco Duo MFA, Infoblox BloxOne, and Commvault
• strong hands‑on experience managing enterprise virtualization and server infrastructure.
