Job description
Electrical Foreman for high‑rise construction projects in Riyadh. Supervise daily electrical installation activities ensuring schedule compliance. Lead technicians, electricians, subcontractors and site staff. Oversee installation of power distribution, lighting, cable trays, conduits, ELV, fire alarm, BMS, earthing and lightning protection systems. Ensure work conforms to approved shop drawings, project specifications and international standards. Coordinate inspections with QA/QC engineers, consultants and client representatives. Monitor manpower productivity, material usage and equipment utilization. Coordinate electrical work with civil, mechanical, architectural and MEP teams. Identify and resolve site technical issues. Prepare daily progress reports for the Senior Electrical Engineer. Enforce QA/QC procedures and HSE regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or related field
- relevant trade certifications are an added advantage
- minimum 10 years experience supervising electrical installation works
- mandatory experience in high‑rise building construction projects
- experience with main contractors on commercial, residential, hotel or mixed‑use developments
- Gulf experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is an added advantage
