Store Supervisor

Job description

Warehouse Supervisor manages Salama Engineering's daily warehouse tasks and material control within the pressure vessel and heat exchanger manufacturing plant, responsible for receiving, storing, monitoring, and issuing raw materials, manufacturing supplies, tools, spare parts, and project requirements. This includes overseeing daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth material flow to the shop floor, receiving and verifying materials against purchase orders and delivery notices, maintaining proper labeling and storage, coordinating with purchasing, production, projects, quality, and engineering teams, issuing materials based on approved requests, keeping accurate inventory records and updating the ERP system, monitoring stock levels and replenishing critical items, conducting periodic physical counts, ensuring proper segregation of approved, rejected, and excess materials, documenting material certificates when required, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and proper material handling, preparing regular inventory and movement reports, and supporting internal, client, and external audits. Requirements

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth material flow to the shop floor
