Collection Specialist

Job description

Responsible for following up and collecting late debts and financial dues for the benefit of the facility, in compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Commerce, and communicating effectively with debtors to settle the dues and conclude appropriate payment plans, and documenting all financial procedures and operations on the approved digital systems, and submission is made through the official channel.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or management disciplines
• Work experience in the areas of collections or financial customer service
• High negotiation and persuasion skills
• Persuasive communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia (SAMA) systems and regulations for collection
• Use of customer relationship management (CRM) systems and collections software
