E&C Cluster & Country Business Partner, Middle East & Turkey

Job description

We are looking for an E&C Cluster & Country Business Partner in the Middle East & Turkey region. This role will be responsible for translating Global and Area E&C strategy into effective Cluster and Country execution, in alignment with the employer Values, the employer-ism and Patient-Trust-Reputation-Business (PTRB) principles. This role will be part of the Cluster Leadership Team and the Area E&C Leadership Team, contributing to strategy, governance, risk priorities and major business decisions. The role will lead, coach and develop Country E&C Business Partners to ensure consistent framework application, risk escalation and local execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• advanced degree preferred. Significant E&C, risk management and/or legal experience within a healthcare, pharmaceutical or similarly regulated industry. Proven leadership experience, including partnering with senior leaders and leading teams directly or through influence in a multi-country environment. Experience designing, implementing and overseeing E&C programmes. Role model for the employer Values
