Architectural BIM Coordinator

Job description

Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit, ACC and Navisworks. • Coordinate architectural models with structural, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines and solve design and coordination problems. • Identify, manage and resolve engagements to ensure BIM models are coordinated and ready for construction. • Support the preparation of construction/execution drawings and BIM deliverables. • Ensure that BIM models and deliverables comply with project BIM standards, LOD requirements and BIM implementation plan. • Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.

Requirements

• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience as an architectural BIM coordinator.
• Proven experience in steel structure projects is required.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and Navisworks.
• Good understanding of BIM format, clash detection, LOD requirements, and BIM workflow.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary project environments.
• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Architecture, Engineering or related discipline.
