Requirements

• We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, high-value digital transformation programs across government and enterprise sectors. The ideal candidate should have a consulting background (Big 4 or equivalent), outstanding leadership capabilities, and extensive experience managing complex, multi-vendor environments
• This role requires a strategic leader who can drive initiatives from inception to successful delivery while maintaining the highest standards of governance, quality, and client satisfaction
• Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs and strategic initiatives
• Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality, and timeline
• Establish and maintain:
• Executive reporting frameworks
• Risk registers
• RAID logs
• Executive dashboards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for:
• C-level executives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with:
• Government entities
• Enterprise clients
• Strategic partners
• Internal leadership teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including:
• UX
• CX
• Product Management
• Data
• AI
• External vendors
• Identify program risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans while proactively resolving delivery challenges
