Responsibilities include monitoring orders, clarifying cases, updating order statuses, and communicating with drivers, merchants, and customers.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, merchants, and customers
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
• Previous experience in logistics, delivery operations, customer service, or a similar role is a plus
• Arabic is required
• Basic English communication skills are preferred
