Quality Control Engineer

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Engineer to support factory production and site erection activities. The role involves ensuring precast concrete elements meet high-quality standards, maintaining compliance with approved drawings, and overseeing proper procedures throughout manufacturing and installation phases. Responsibilities include inspecting fabricated molds, monitoring casting and curing procedures, verifying the condition of precast elements upon delivery to the site, and preparing quality control documentation. The candidate should be able to identify deviations, recommend improvements, analyze quality-related complaints, and coordinate their resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• strong knowledge of quality management systems, inspection methods, and nonconformance reporting
• ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
