This is not a vacancy. the employer is a boutique executive search and HR advisory firm based in Riyadh, founded by Dr. Ziyad Alghannam. We retain a small number of confidential mandates at any given time — for PIF-ecosystem companies, scale-ups, family businesses in transition, and international firms entering the Saudi market. The roles we work on are rarely advertised. The candidates we place are rarely on the open market. This listing is the front door to our senior professional network. It exists so that experienced operators can introduce themselves to us before a relevant mandate appears, rather than after. The tasks include submitting your CV and answering a set of questions, and cooperating with the search team to identify suitable job opportunities.

Requirements

• 8-20 years of experience in HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Technology, Strategy, or Legal
• Saudi and GCC nationals are particularly welcome
