ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management)

Job description

Muller’s Solutions is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead (Facility Management) to lead the implementation of a ServiceNow-based Facility Management solution for a large enterprise client in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, solution design, platform configuration, and integration with SAP systems to deliver an enterprise Facility Management solution that supports operational excellence. Responsibilities include leading the end-to-end implementation of the ServiceNow Facility Management solution, designing and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions, and configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules supporting Facility Management operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• 8+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ServiceNow implementations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Workplace Services, Facility Management, or related ServiceNow modules
• Experience implementing Maintenance, Work Orders, Service Requests, Asset Management, and Workplace Services
• Strong experience integrating ServiceNow with SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, and/or SAP Ariba
