Senior Solutions Architect - Arabic Speaker (5 Month)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining solution architectures, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and guiding development teams throughout the entire software development lifecycle. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to design scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across both cloud and on-premises environments. Key responsibilities include designing and architecting scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications and systems, leading the end-to-end solution design process, collaborating with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, defining architecture standards, best practices, and design guidelines, providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, designing and overseeing integrations between internal and external systems, ensuring solutions adhere to security, performance, scalability, and maintainability standards, evaluating emerging technologies and recommending innovative solutions to support business objectives, participating in architectural reviews, code reviews, and technical governance activities, and supporting troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex IT systems
• Strong background in software architecture and system design
• Comprehensive understanding of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proficiency in software development using web technologies, React, CRM platforms, and.NET Core
• Hands-on experience with integration technologies
• Strong experience in database design and data modeling
• Solid understanding and practical application of software design patterns
• Strong architectural experience in both public and private cloud environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
