Müller's Solutions is seeking a dynamic IT Technical Trainer for a short-term assignment of 2 weeks. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training sessions to our clients and employees, focusing on IT systems, software, and best practices. You will need to create a positive learning environment and ensure that participants gain the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively use IT tools and technologies. Your tasks will include preparing and delivering engaging IT technical training sessions tailored to the audience's skill level, developing training materials, assessing participants’ understanding through evaluations and providing feedback, providing hands-on training on various IT systems, software applications, and tools, answering participants’ questions and addressing any technical issues during training sessions, collaborating with the IT team to stay updated on new technologies and incorporate them into training, and maintaining records of training activities and participant progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Technical Trainer or similar training role
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, software applications, and related technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to convey complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
• Experience developing training materials and conducting hands-on sessions
• Flexibility and adaptability to work within a short-term contract (2 weeks)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in IT training or relevant technical areas (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified Trainer)
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
• Previous experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
